CÉIM is the most successful enterprise development programme in the North West. It is offered by the Institute of Technology Sligo and Letterkenny Institute of Technology, in collaboration with Border Action, Enterprise Ireland and Údarás na Gaeltachta and is co-ordinated by WESTBIC.
